You won't want to crowd the pot.

Dutch oven beef stew. Add avocado oil to a 5 quart dutch oven and heat over medium high until the oil shimmers; Preheat the oven to 325f and set a rack in the lower middle position. Stir in the tomatoes, water and bouillon cubes.
